  Michael and his team were amazing. Here is a breakdown of what Michael and his team did for us over the course of our home buying process (as first time home buyers). In short, him and his team informed me of everything and had a turn around time of 3 weeks to meet our closing date. It was incredible, not to mention we got a great rate on our loan. Highly recommend. - Oct - Met with Michael to go over the lending process and applied for an approval letter - Nov - continued asking Michael questions about loans/amounts/etc as we saw homes - Dec (2nd week) - Told Michael we wanted to do a closing date in the first week of Jan, giving his team approximately 3 weeks to prepare for closing around the holidays - Jan (first week) - closed on a home

  We used Michael twice within 2 years for the purchase of our home and then to refinance and both times he was exceptional! We felt confident in his opinion to guide us on the purchase of our home and the refinance. He was able to get us the benefit of lowering our interest rate and saved us $200/month on our mortgage payment and $40,000 over the life of the loan. His response to our questions were very efficient! He's not only a super nice guy but very ethical, respectful, and makes his clients feel very important. We are so thankful for him!   Michael was referred to us by our realtor, who would actually worker with Michael. In the midst of everything that was going on with covid-19, there were some changes that had been occurring in their office and the way of social distancing. that did not deter Michael from meeting with us. He made himself available in the midst of it all. He was also available after hours four questions. We stayed in frequent contact through email and conference calls. He was with us every step of the way!
