  Ryan was awesome. There were some bumps in the road as with any mortgage process, but things turned out well in the end. Ryan was extremely patient, and the communication from the Fairway team was great. The underwriters were the only real challenge, but we got through it.

  It is often a challenge for underwriters when a person indicates that a condo in a ski resort town like Breckenridge will be someone's primary residence when that person has no history of living there, and that persons employment is with a large corporation in another state. In your case the underwriter was merely fulfilling their obligation with Fannie Mae to ensure that your loan could be sold to them. We're so glad we were able to meet your goal and get the loan approved and closed ahead of schedule. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to assist you, and for the kind words.   I can't recommend Joshua Daniel of Fairway Independent Mortgage highly enough. Josh came in at the last minute when there was a problem with the lender I was working with. 9 business days before closing, and with panic settling in, Josh came in and found that I qualified for a program which no other lender thought I was qualified for and would allow us to put almost no money down. I honestly didn't even know what a big deal it was until I found out how unusual it is for a lender to be able to get an applicant fast tracked for a CHFA loan in 9 days. He worked ridiculously hard for us and as a result we're able to put the money we had set aside for a down payment toward some new furniture or back in the ol' savings account. Thanks Josh!

  My family had an awesome experience with Mr. Ramsey and his team. Mr. Ramsey and his team are honest, available at all times, and eager to do their best for you. Even though we financed with him over a year ago, we still keep in touch and he helps support my youngest son and his baseball team. Highly recommend!!!
