  This is my 3rd personal loan/transaction with Traci's Team ~ And it is always a pleasure! I was informed of the loan process every single step of the way, never once did I have to reach out for an update. From beginning to end it was a quick and efficient process.   I've used Maria at Fairway Independent Mortgage three times now to refinance my house. Several years ago when I divorced, Maria worked some numbers magic to help me keep the house by myself and I'm beyond grateful for that!   What a seamless process from start to finish. Fairway Independent Mortgage went over and beyond for me and my family.   Sheila Moore & her team were amazing! We got our approval quick! When we began looking at houses our offer letters came quickly, which is superb as the market is crazy booming! Once our offer was accepted on a house, the closing process began and was closed smoothly & efficiently! Our closing took 21 days which was amazing as we were so anxious to move into our first house! We’re very grateful for Fairway & will refer all our family and friends to this company!
