  This is my favorite branch to go to for my personal and business account. The ladies there are always super friendly and they always make me smile. I actually look forward to seeing them once or twice a week! I usually need change for my restaurant and they handle all my deposits and bring my change bag outside for me within a few minutes!

  I have banked here for many years and wouldn't bank anywhere else! Everyone is so friendly. A few years ago my son was very sick. They sent me a card to cheer me up and everyone at the branch signed the card. They are very caring! If I could give them more stars, I would!

  Heath just helped us get a loan, the process went quickly and smoothly. He even anticipated problems and solved them before they became problems We will defiantly be working with this Washington Federal branch again. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional.   Great Staff. Everyone is super friendly. Julie is a great representative. I worked with her a lot and mainly over the phone. If you want great service, the Fairview branch is fabulous.
