  Kara was able to make a dream come true for my wife and I. Thanks to Kara - we were able to purchase a nice home - our first home - just in time for our 30th Wedding Anniversary this year. Kara made it happen when we thought we would never have the pleasure of owning our own home. She was great from beginning to end and worked with all parties involved to ensure a very smooth process!   Great experience Kara Davis is the best agent and got us the best loan and best interest rate too. Highly Recommend her! Getting a Loan in Alaska can be difficult when you are not a local but she made it happen.

  We just bought a home! The process is really a nightmare because so much is needed, there are so many unknowns, hiccups come along the way, questions are constant, emotions are flowing but with Ben, Rhea, Dianne and the rest of the Fairway team we were able to navigate through the process smoothly. All of our questions got answered, they explained so much upfront, they walked us through our unknowns. It was an absolute pleasure working with Fairway!!!
