  We worked with Kaitlyn; she was wonderful to work with. Not only was she kind during every transaction, she was a strong communicator who ensured that I always understood and felt comfortable with any decision we were making. She was transparent, making sure that we understood all the options--along with the pros and cons-- we had at hand. I really liked the update status emails- something that was glaringly missing with the last home purchase my partner and I made.

  If you are looking for a knowledgeable, friendly and hard working company for your home loan, you’ve found it! Everyone I worked with was so helpful answering countless questions, walking me through the loan and home buying process several times. We had some out of the ordinary loan specifications and Shari’s team knew exactly what to do and what to get from us to help it all go smoothly. I especially loved working with Becky!   The team of folks at New American Funding are truly exceptional. Last week we finalized purchasing a home in Tacoma that had challenges with regards to getting an appraisal due to the unique nature of the property. The team worked through this as well as the fact that we currently live overseas in Germany--all the document signing was professionally and efficiently handled. This team is competent, kind, and hard-working--I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future. Although every staff member was wonderful, I want to give a particular shout-out to Becky who touched base with us virtually daily through FaceTime. She rocks! Thank you American Funding for helping us purchase the home of our dreams!!!

  The home I just purchased has been a dream of mine for years ( being at the beach) and of course having the excitement and anticipation of moving there came with the dreaded thought of the whole purchase process. Having purchased 2 homes in the past comes the nitemare of all the paperwork and the waiting. Going with Shari Bell and her team has been a huge blessing from day one.   Zane was not serious about his work. They pull your credit. Get every single details and never talk back, never answer calls and reply text sometime with a lot of excuses for not replying you. Stay away from them.

  Just wanted to drop a line after closing on our new house in Gig Harbor how pleased we were with our mortgage broker Team Becky with New American Funding. From the start we received a wealth of information on possible mortgage rates, buy-down options and closing costs. We were unable to get even a fraction of this amount of information from another broker in the Seattle area - so we switched to Team Becky. All went well with the loan and throughout the whole process, Becky and her team worked hard to make sure things went smoothly. I can highly recommend them!
