  Absolute trash casino!! Don’t go here. Save your money. The machines at both Emerald Queen casinos are ridiculously tight!!! I play high/higher limit slots. Here’s how my last 2 trips went down there: Playing Triple Fortune Dragon betting $10/spin and lost $2200 straight without even getting one bonus round on a machine. NOT EVEN ONE!! So I decided to give them another chance. This time I lost $1500 straight between 5 different machines betting $5/spin and didn’t even get into the bonus again. NOT EVEN ONE AGAIN!!! These guys are trying to pay for that new $500 million casino fast or something. I wouldn’t even be surprised if they’re paying less than state minimum and paying the fines. Trust me, if you’re a high limit player go elsewhere. And when I would hit a “jackpot” it would be barely above the threshold of $1200.

  I was here to watch the nba playoffs & finals. The lounge chair, very comfortable, great surround sound system. I have eaten at all the restaurants, from meal comp membership. Everything i ordered, Taste delicious. The new hotel has a amazing restaurant 11th floor, lots tables with panoramic views and also outdoor rooftop lounge for fresh air with some lounge furniture and two fireplaces. SLAHAL restaurant name is fine dining, Jonil was my waiter, he was very professional. Water and juice was always filled, clean atmosphere inside the dining room, tables and utensils all clean. Dinner rolls was freah baked, soft moist and delicious, butter was creamy lite and well garnished with pink Himalayan salt and dash of fresh herb. The water was very refreshing and clean after taste so good. Soup of the day was perfect balance taste, hot and hearty. Fresh clean salad. Appetizer was crab cake so good with hint curry sauce. Pork chop was very delicious, cooked to perfection unique flavor and professional chef plate presentation.

  DONT DRIVE YOUR NICE CAR THERE, I HAD MY CAR BROKEN INTO AND SECURITIES WERE SO INCOMPETENT, FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE SECURITIES WERE VERY RUDE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL, WORKERS ARE LAZY TALKING IN CLUSTERS AND LOUD THAN THE PATRONS GIVING OFFF A VERY BAD VIBE THERE! THE MACHINES WERE SO BAD I BER THE PAY OUT RATE IS LIKE 0%...SO DONT BOTHER! AWFUL PLACE, AWFUL STAFF, AWFUL SLOTS, AWFUL SERVICE, AND MY CAR GOT BROKEN INTO! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

  Someone is purposely trying to spread covid because while I was playing my favorite slot this white girl came from nowhere and lean close behind without a mask on and when I turned around I was so scared BECAUSE SHE HAS NO MASK ON AND I SAID WHAT R U DOING, SHE SAID SHE HAS COVID! I WILL NOT BE HERE AGAIN! THIS IS SCARY!

  It’s pretty looking, but they don’t enforce masks and the guest service is not great. The service lights are just for show, have had several employees and groups of employees, including slots team members just walk by when my light is on. There is no posting saying that the service lights aren’t for service purposes either. Their rewards system is mainly just food. They don’t really offer “free play” even if you have spent a good amount of money there, and the points are locked down to the machine and you have to play them down. Generally it’s not a bad casino and everyone does their players clubs and reward differently (they do offer food rewards), but it gets a low score because of guest service. Edit: I am lowering my rating because out of the two times I went to the deli they got my order wrong both times. I asked for no mushrooms and they not only put them on they seemingly put extra. It did say no mushroom on the order they just took it upon themselves to completely cover the pizza slices in mushrooms. Worse off they put the ingredients under the cheese which makes it very difficult to try and pick them off.

  Great entertainment, fair prices! Measured drinks, but you gotta drive home anyways so that's alright!

  I’m technically like a regular customer there so I’m not going to leave a bad review I look forward to a reversal on that decision so we can move forward in a positive direction together eqc I don’t want to air out OUR business to the public thanks again
