  Great experience and great team. I highly recommend Fairway Independent Mortgage for your needs. I hope to work with them again in the future. I am so grateful to have had them. Forget Rocket and those others. These people get it done!!!!!! The mobile application worked wonders. I travel for a living and I was able to upload information into the portal using my cellular device. The application was great and I had no problems with it. I also learned a lot as well. Also you will know what stage of the process you are in the entire time. Not one time did I feel left out or not knowing what stage of the process we were in. Communication was fantastic!!! Emails had response times like your basic text message. It was overall a great experience. Thanks so much Fairway!!! I will refer friends, co workers and family. Thanks so much again.

  Easiest loan pre approval and loan application I have done yet! Process was simple. The online portal was straight forward and user friendly, giving us a tasks and a sense of comfort when your tasks were finished. Dawn and Maya worked really well with our builders/sellers, making sure everything was there prior to close day. Then after we closed the payment was processed in less then ten minutes and we were off to our brand new house! Great experience, great team, great service! Thank you all!

  Dawn went above and beyond to hand my hand and walk me through the process. She literally spend countless hours (to include weekends) breaking down the steps and explaining the terminology. Her professionalism and deep expert knowledge enabled me to not only stay informed but have confidence in the decisions I was making. This is the second house I have closed on and my experience has been night and day. I would highly recommend Dawn as a lending agent to anyone in the market to buy.

  Don't even look at the competition. All the big names, yes I'll name them: Rocket, Vets United, Quicken, Big Banks, several others that I screened acted super interested but when the real work started, they suddenly stopped calling. They ran multiple loan scenarios and answered questions during the process that I did not even know to ask. Making the largest purchase of your life?   From seeing that the front Desk ladies answering phones so polietly plus helping me in the building finding my way around. The eating area is very beautiful with clean windows to view outside. The confidence of being able to enjoying having lunch outside when in the building. People are very nice and seem to like and enjoy there jobs.
