  Never in my life have I ever experienced this high of a level of customer service from any business. Purchasing a home requires a lot of stress and many moving parts, I can say this location simplified things as much as anyone could. They are extremely fast, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and unbelievable service. As a business owner myself I can truly say they are setting the example .. I’ll never go anywhere else , highly recommended

  Being a Private Client with one of the big banks, I initially chose one of the big banks to handle our mortgage process. What a mess... I could never reach someone directly, took hours or the next day before anyone responded to me. The disconnect between the loan officer and the underwriting team, a disaster! I finally had enough and decided to try a local provider. Wow, what a difference! If you want to be treated like a rock star, Johnny is your guy! Almost instant communication. Didn’t matter if you called, texted, or emailed he was always available to discussion whatever questions we had. During our initial consult, he took the time to listen to our needs and provided several different ideas and recommendations for which way to go. Thru out the process, the communication was excellent. We always knew exactly the status of our application progress. His team is efficient and detailed oriented. We couldn’t be happier.
