  Peyton Group was the foundation of our home buying process. As new home buyers, we were full of questions - we had no idea how to go about buying a house, financing, types of loans, etc. Peyton & her team were willing to hop on the phone/Zoom at a moment's notice to answer our rapid-fire questions and take the time to thoroughly explain all of our options, every step of the way. !! They even called listing agents where we submitted offers, to provide additional context behind our offers and solidify the strength of our financial situation !! In Denver's insanely competitive market, we heard from multiple listing agents how well-received these calls were. And I think this extra step is what helped us secure our current home. They have a great user-friendly app to submit documents & their team sends email reminders for every single due date. Extremely helpful as the deadlines pile up. I'm so glad our realtor recommended Peyton Group & I could not recommend them more for new home buyers :)

  What an amazing company to work with! As first time home buyers they made sure we knew what was needed from us every step of the way. Our new build took almost a year and they were attentive and diligent throughout the entire process. Even when our builders couldn’t give us a timeline until 5 days before closing they made sure we closed our home on time just before Christmas! I would recommend them to anyone.

  Absolutely incredible services as a first-time homebuyer. They walked me through the entire process, calling and emailing to ensure that I had all of my questions answered. They were available to me even on weekends and late at night. I rarely had to leave messages, as there was always a human ready to talk to me. Basically all you can ask for with a lender. Excellent loan terms as well! I will be using them for my next property.
