  Tried to deposit money to my checking account here and after waiting half an hour some dude named Malik told me they dont accept $100 bills. Im literally stunlocked what kind of bank doesnt take 100's? Guess they can only handle numbers that they can use their fingers and toes to count to.

  Do Not Use Them. Paid off my loan 7 years ago. They never took off my lien. Now getting dinged on credit for mortgage loan. Waited over an hour for a manager. I guess my time is not valuable.

  Eliaya was excellent and the other teller up front. At first, they were unable to fulfill my request but one of the tellers went back and found a way. I thought I would have to go to another branch but they saved me the trouble. I appreciate all you do!

  Use at your own risk. Purchases will take a week to hit your account, any foreign purchases will freeze it. I have nothing good to say about these frauds.

  Came to this location to make a withdrawal and place a travel alert on my account. Specifically asked the teller to do this for my joint account. I realized this morning she withdrew $700 from my personal checking resulting in a -$400 balance + an overdraft fee. Went to another location to get this corrected and a fee reversal and realized she did not put the travel alert on my account either. What was the point of waiting in line and her working on this for 10 minutes to not do anything correct? Super annoyed with this experience especially a day before leaving out of town.

  Drove over to find out there is no drive thru?? Nothing I can do just wasted time. I know I can't be the only one this has happened to this needs to be fixed asap. Lobby closes at 4 so I thought I was good to go.

  I'll be honest I've had the worst customer care here of all the bellcos I've been to and I regularly use 4 different locations, this one included. Only at this location have i been the only person in the lobby and had to wait for help for 12 minutes. I understand bankers working in there offices but there should always be at least one person to help in the lobby.

  When you arrive at 3:59 and the employee literally locks the door in your face. I don’t care what else your bank has to offer. Some of us have to work. I’m considering pulling all of my funds
