  Chanel came as a recommendation from a dear friend, and she was absolutely FANTASTIC!! Chanel and the team at Fairway work hard, making sure to gather all necessary information and documentation upfront, making the underwriting process extremely fast and efficient. Chanel laid out all of our options, and thoroughly answered any questions we had without hesitation. Ultimately, we would not have been able to achieve our home ownership goal without her help, and we are extremely grateful for her hard work!

  Amanda and her team were EFFICIENT and worked FAST to get us the financing we need. In our personal experience, they made record time in getting us from the pre-approval process all the way to closing. They are great are making sure all the documentation checks out and all the i's are dotted and the t's crossed: what we appreciate about this recent experience was how well they made sure all our papers and finances are in good order, and determining whether we truly deserve to get the needed financing or not. Overall, we had a great experience working with them!

  Ryan was great at helping me with everything from the beginning to the closing table. Also calling the realtor to help negotiate the closing cost. As well as trying to get my job to get my employment verification block taken care of. Even though we wasn't successful with it.😂 Sorry Ryan I know we tried. But I had to just have a supervisor call them for that. My job just makes you jump through to many hoops & give you the run around with the third party bologna. But I would highly recommend the team at Fairway to anyone. Thanks again Ryan!

  I highly recommend Fairway Independent Mortgage Lender. The entire team that worked with me is amazing helpful and knowledgeable. Amanda helped me through the entire process. She always communicated with me and made me feel like, I was more of her friend then a client and I didn’t even know her. Raymond which is another team member explained the entire paperwork process to me he didn’t just have me signing documents he was patient and knowledgeable with me during the process. Dana is also amazing she didn’t pressure me into purchasing the first home or any home for that matter and she showed me several homes. She made sure I was happy. She is very patient friendly kind and warm hearted and made me feel like I was family. I had a great experience working with Fairway Independence entire team. I would work with them again in the future.

  We were first time home buyers so we had a lot of questions. Chanel was easy to get in contact with, was able to answer all of our questions quickly. She walked us through all of the paperwork so we knew exactly what we were signing. She made the process of buying a home so easy.

  My loan officer, Mark Andrew, was one of the most helpful, patient, and wonderful people I've ever had the pleasure to work with on anything! He helped guide me through all the necessary steps to get a new preapproval on the day I put an offer down on a home, as well as helped me navigate all the information and documents that needed to be provided during the process between preapproval and closing. He even came to support me on my closing date! I highly recommend Fairway Independent Mortgage for anyone looking to finance a home purchase. Especially a first time buyer like myself!
