  My family has always received excellent service, especially from Craig and Deb, and the other staff here. Craig actually came out to our home to assist with signing some documents when my Mom was on hospice care, and couldn't get out of bed. We are always greeted warmly and treated like friends when we visit this branch!

  If you like fees and no customer service this is your bank. Been trying for over a month to close my account, but takes 5-7 business days and there is always an issue (fee) that starts it over. So far its cost me a couple hundrend dollars 6 calls to customer service still not closed. If you decide to go here you have been warned.

  Very very impressed - they have the best fraud/verification departments. About 1 year ago I received a call from Key Bank's Fraud Dept. They explained 4 debit card transactions were flagged as suspicious - those being 4 purchases totaling over $1200 at Walmart stores near Cleveland (Not a location associated with my normal activity). In addition of finding it and notifying me they immediately credited my checking account the $1200, cancelled and reissued new debit and credit cards, and flagged my account for a manual review. The only thing they asked of me was to fill out and send back a form they sent me thru the mail. Another time I rcvd a call from a branch bc a person was trying to cash a check against my account. The check was for a large amount and was written to a payee I had never worked with before. The bank manager just wanted me to confirm it was legitimate before they processed it. How great is that??. My only negative is that I wish they had more ATMs and branches.

  Superb staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. I go in two to three times per week and have for years so I know. If you have a problem with the folks in this branch, rest assured, the problem is you....

  Great bank. I have never been charged a fee for my free checking. They know me by name.

  The tellers are always slow. They don't act as though they know how to do their jobs.. The worst bank ever!!!

  We have been banking there for many years and have multiple accounts there (us and kids). Friendly staff and close to home. Can't ask for more.
