  Being a first time home buyer I had no idea what buying a house would entail. My realtor (Marie Nowicki) had recommended that I speak with Christian. I am so thankful I did, he did an amazing job and really worked hard to make sure my loan process would be a smooth one. Christian was always available to answer any questions or concerns and from the very beginning he had a "we can do this" attitude!! I appreciate him explaining every step in the process so I didn't feel lost. I then had a whole team from Fairway that was so friendly and nice to deal with. They were all so positive and didn't make me feel unsure about anything. I recommend asking for Christian as he goes above and beyond to make the experience a smooth and comfortable one.

  I worked with Christian Dieterle of Fairway MC on financing a property in the Sedona area. Great experience, every question I had was answered and the process was completely transparent. Even that I in parallel was refinancing a different property with a different lender which has the potential to end up in total chaos, Christian managed to get things streamlined in a away that it could not have been any smoother even with out my refinance effort.
