  We would give 10 stars to Mike Tessmer who is the best mortgage broker we ever met through our many years of investment properties. Professionalism and experience is what you always look for when applying for a loan. Mike has both. Very competent, he pays attention to details, doesn't make mistakes, and has answers to all questions right away. Very communicative, he puts an extra mile like you are his only client (while he has many). The lender we tried before took 2 months with no result, with excuse that our file was complicated (and it was). Mike did pre-approval in 2 hours with the same package and within 2 days full approval. It is amazing how well he knows what he is doing. Thank you Mike, we will refer all our friends to you and will have more business in the future.

  When my husband and I moved to Fort Myers and began our house hunt, our realtor referred us to Mike Tessmer at Fairview Lending for our financing. She said she loved working with Mike and that he was the best mortgage consultant around. She was right! In the past, my husband did the research for our mortgages; this time it was up to me. Mike was amazing at answering my novice questions patiently and clearly. He was also amazing in listening to my preferences and remembering them whenever he spoke with me. In this tough market, we made offers on four different houses and Mike was there for us every time. When we finally did purchase a house, he and Maria Sampredo a mortgage loan officer and processor who also works at Fairview Lending, made the process easy on us.
