  I can’t say enough about this mortgage company. I have done a refinance with them and a purchase. The team has made it so simple for me and go out of their way to answer your questions. It didn’t matter if it was a “silly” question or in depth - they go out of their way to support you. They have set the standard for me !! Just awesome !! Thank you so much for making what could be stressful into an easy decision to always work with an A plus company.

  Dani Hardy was awesome throughout the entire process of refinancing our home. No matter how many questions I had, or when I asked them, she always responded in a very timely manner and had an answer for me. To me that is how customer service should be. I highly recommend F5 Mortgage and Dani was a great help to me.

  From the day Aston K. got started, he was very responsive. "Icing on the cake", it was less than 3 weeks from start to finish, compared to many coworkers and friends 6 months to complete the refinancing process. I closed with the closing agent coming to the house instead of in office. 20 minutes later, we are closed. Great job to Aston, Melissa, and the F5 Mortgage Team!!!

  Amazing experience! Ryan was very responsive to any and all questions I had along the way. He understood what my goal was from the start and made sure he did not deviate from it. I am now in a better financial position and am closer to meeting my goals because of working with F5 on my refinance.

  After receiving quotes from several other mortgage companies, no one else was able to come close to what we were offered with F5 Mortgage. Ryan was fantastic to work with. We were able to close quickly, in about two weeks. Not only are we saving money each month, we were also able to reduce our loan period by 2 years. I am very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend this company!

  Ryan and F5 were great to work with during my home buying process. They were always available and got my mortgage approved within my 14 day due diligence period. The entire process is online which was convenient considering I travel for work. They even covered a portion of my closing costs.   Dani Hardi is fantastic to work with. We did a refi of our primary residence and she got us an amazing rate, closed on time and most importantly she steps in and pushes the process through. We then had her finance our second home in Florida and just closed! Again, on time and thorough. Dani is truly a professional knowledgable broker who made these two transactions a great experience.
