  First time home buyer here. We had a difficult time finding a mortgage place, because we used the VA loan but Patrick, Jennifer, Leslie, & Carley made the whole process a piece of cake. We were able to do almost all of the paperwork online and they made sure to keep us in the loop on everything! We will definitely use them again in the future!

  Our experience with Patrick Jones and Jennifer Vandiver was great. However, we mainly communicated with Jennifer Otto and this was very unpleasant for us. We knew when we started the process that we needed more work to get where we needed to be and really looked for the help and advise from this team. Jennifer Otto constantly made us feel like we were out of place and a burden. Also, she was very unorganized and left us in the dark. I remember asking Jennifer Otto at one point if I needed to schedule time to meet with them early in the process because everything to that point was over the phone and her response was "For What"? As first time home buyers we were only asking because we didn't know. We had to remind her to send the closing disclosure since it needed to be completed 3 days prior to closing. We were given the document with one day to spare. The major factor here is at the time my wife was within 3 weeks of her due date with our 3rd child. We made it very clear that we needed to be prepared just in case she went into labor on our closing day. Jennifer's response was "you wife will need to be present at closing". No consideration or thought of even preparing for an alternative plan at all. Our realtor and the Attorney both said we will do whatever it takes for you guys to close. Thank goodness they did what they said they would do because my wife went into labor at 2am on our closing day and we closed on our house at the hospital. I understand we had a rare situation but the fact is that Jennifer Otto was very unpleasant to work with and had no consideration for our situation. We were only looking for guidance as new home buyers and felt as if we were only an inconvenience for her.

  Tim Linville is awesome. He helped us with our mortgage loan. Best rate and service hands down. I didn't just go with the first person I talked to I shopped around. Glad my realtor recommended him. Excellent service.

  Their communication is far from professional. They refuse to do phone calls, then make excuses for it. They loose information thus requesting it mutpile times. They mix up information and blame it on you. With all the other options out there I highly suggest you use someone else. This is not our first home, we've been through this process before. It was never this disorganized.
