  We worked with Sue King at F&B Financial per the recommendation of our realtor, and we are SO glad we did. Sue was incredibly helpful during the process of purchasing our first home. It was nice to have someone local who was knowledgeable and willing to explain each step of the process to us. With our lack of experience, we really appreciated how accessible she was. We closed on our house over 2 months ago and Sue continues to answer questions for us. I never knew working with a financial institution could feel so personal.

  I signed up with Matt Obermeier to refinance my house in August 2020. Everything was going fine. But then Matt kept finding things that needed to ba taken care of before we could go farter. I was told at one point that my application would be pushed through and be done by the new year 2021. That didn't happen. I've heard less and less from Matt. Beginning of April I got an email saying my application was removed because of no activity. Matt said he'd run a new credit report and get a new application going. It's been several weeks since he said he'd do this eith no results,, and now he won't answer my calls or messages. This company came highly recommended, but I'm not sure why, is Matt's behavior a reflection of the company?

  Matt Obermeier (Senior Mortgage Banker) had the worst communication when it came to refinancing our home. We went through the whole process which ended up taking about 3 months and when it came time to schedule an appraisal, we never heard back from him. Total process (that was never finished) was 6 months. He told us rates and credit scores over the phone but never supplied actual copies of our reports. Once we decided to go elsewhere, and a new company did the process (in 1 day!!) we realized our credit scores and rates are completely different from what he told us.
