  Don't trust them. I received a mail piece today offering to lower APR on car loan from 3% to 2.49%. Didn't sound like much, but they also said this will save $100 in interest. And this was an absolute statement, "lower your current 3% APR..." That combined with a gift card at closing made it attractive enough for me to consider taking the hit on the hard inquiry on my credit report. But when I checked, my current APR is 2.65, and always has been. They obviously misrepresented it to get me to switch. I don't want to do business with a company who uses those marketing tactics.

It looks like our math was correct in that we could lower your interest rate but not as much as we'd hoped.   The entire process was quick and easy. Chris made sure I understood every aspect of my current loan as well as new loan I was signing to be sure nothing was missed. He also went over all my options and explained the pros and cons of each option.

  Very fast and easy process. From the first phone call, to the sweet woman at the reception area, to the loan officer, Cameron. He is very professional and nice!

  Melissa with Members Closing Center and Chris with Neighbor’s Credit Union are friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Let me just say that I am entirely glad that I refinanced with them because not only do I now have a much lower rate on my auto loan, the payments are smaller. (Edit: I went from a rate of 12% down to 2.99% with them.) Not to mention I now have a 120 day break from car payments and I am going to be receiving money back from the dealership that I got my car from. (Which is a very nice surprise with our wedding coming up and the holidays soon to follow!) Every single question I had, Chris was able to answer with ease and confidence. It’s a relief knowing that I literally will be saving about $6,000 over the life of my loan, which was also shortened by 4 months. If you’re hesitating, don’t. Refinance through them. They’re great and I’m very happy with my decision to do so.

  These people are glorified scammers. They call you and act like you actually have a loan with them and want you to refinance. Do Not Use Them!!!! Very rude!!! A very slimmy company.

  They started off so nice and consistent on calling me to sign up. Once they got my information and didn’t explain the procedures or certifications of being self-employed to refinance my vehicle. They should have verified information before just running my credit. Poor communication and lack of information. Horrible would not recommend.
