  I have worked with many Loan Officers in either purchasing or refinancing houses, but hands down, Karam Singh is best at his job. Regardless if he was at work or home, I was able to call & speak to him and he would answer any questions I would have. I trusted Karam second time in buying a property and both times, he helped me throughout the process. I recommend Karam to everyone who are still out there trying to get a loan. Your loan process would never feel smoother with any other loan officer other than Karam !

  I had a great experience getting a loan for first home. The online process was efficient and frictionless. It was easy to e-sign documents and upload documents and check off tasks as you go. The interest rate was better than another competitor that I checked as well. The whole process could not have gone better and I will use Ezz Mortgage again for my next purchase. Special thanks to Navneet kukreja. Navneet was amazing. I called her all days of the week and all hours. She always answered and helped me estimate mortgage payments when I was searching for a home. Once I found one she made the process very easy. She reassured me the whole time and gave me honest and helpful advice. She is awesome and I highly recommend Wish her good luck for future

  The team worked very closely to help me secure the loan for my house. The team was accessible and updated me frequently to ensure I was looped in on the status of the application. There were some lulls along the process but that is understandable given the current climate creating numerous restrictions and an increase in applications. As a first time home buyer I would recommend EZZ Services as they are professional and got the job done!
