  This Company Really Wasted My Time and broke my spirits. I rarely write reviews but this had to be the second worst experience in trying to own a home. I was sent a Pre-approval then after finding a home was told they had a licensing issue. To add my Credit Score dropped because of Mr. Douglas’ carelessness and disgusting lies. I have documentation and proof.

  This business has a serious ethical issue, it is a surprise they're still running. They are beyond unprofessional and borderline scammers to con-artists. We've had a very livid experience and you would think they're all innocent until you notice the markups on your mortgage breakdown and they start dodging your calls. Spare yourself months of wasted time and go to a bank directly or a more reputable third party company. Share insights if there is a way to get the licensing board to check this place out.
