  I can't say enough about the Matt Wilkerson group. My family experienced so many walls and troubles until I found @mortgage. It went from a terrible situation (family of 4 homeless) to total jubilation and relief. We were able to get an approval in a fast manner and we are now closing on a beautiful home of our very own.   My husband and I worked with Jon. He was so attentive and patience. Never demanding. He responded to phone calls and emails in a timely manner and was always very attentive. I would recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking to buy a home!

  After formal approval and just two weeks from closing the @ Mortgage team had to back out of a long awaited mortgage for me to purchase a home for my daughter and I. It was a really difficult process to undertake and while I had to take a new job for higher income, it disqualified me for the mortgage. How that works, I'll never understand; but as Matthew Wilkerson called me personally to explain some rule from some federal program, he did everything in his power to try and write the business for us, and mitigate the disappointment. Clearing up the details and getting me out of the the expenses I had invested in the property showed an outstanding level of service on Matthew's part after he couldn't make any money from me. Allison Bond the office assistant was super prompt and made it easy for me to stay in contact even while working two jobs as a single father and only being available outside normal business hours much of the time. The level of confusion and contradictory 'regulations' or stipulations in the federal mortgage system is something we still need to return to sanity after the banking bailout - if you hope to navigate it for your mortgage you'll need a team as broad as this one on your side.

  The @mortgage team was a pleasure to work with to secure our mortgage. The ability to provide documents electronically, combined with their responsiveness and continued communication through the entire process made what has historically been a difficult process in previous home purchases, a very easy process!
