  I rarely take the time to write reviews but after being assisted by both my agent and closing specialist I felt compelled to leave a few words of appreciation about the service that I received. Rachel my agent was awesome. I began looking for a home while abroad and she helped me at every step of the process even if that meant responding to early morning or late night emails, texts, and/or calls in order to accommodate our time difference. She responded quickly and was informative every step of the way. She walked my property manager through each house, and we went to SEVERAL and she facetimed me each time so that I could still be a part of the process despite being in S. Asia. Once I decided on a house and made an offer she and the closing specialist Sarah helped to make sure that I had a quick closing without any hiccups. As an investor in rental properties in Peoria, I look forward to working with both of these agents as I add properties into my portfolio.
