  My whole experience, from start to finish, with Extreme Loans was excellent. My loan Officer Susan Hajhassan was the best I have ever dealt with, she is a true professional and is extremely knowledgeable in her work. Those attributes put her up there with the best but where she out does them is her caring nature. She does not just treat you like any other client, she goes beyond that, she treats like you are family. During the loan process she was constantly keeping me informed and kept looking for ways to make my situation even better. I felt like, with her, it was not all about the mortgage loan, it was about me and making sure I was in the best possible situation I could be in. Susan is beyond any doubt the best in the business and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a mortgage loan.

  I got a letter in the mail and called the number and expected it to be some hoax or usual sales gimmick. I ended up being on my way to saving $800 a month in mortgage payments after speaking with Susan Hajhassan. She empathically listened to my situation and cast no judgement on the ridiculous loan situation I’d gotten myself into after being in a debt relief program. She was smart, fun and easy to work with. She guided me through every step of the way in getting all of the required documents and patiently dealt with getting court documents regarding a lien on my property due to a past lawsuit. From then on it was smooth sailing to closing. I couldn’t be more pleasantly surprised at how smooth it all went I feel like I have a handle on my financial life again. And that’s because of Susan!!!! Thank YOU😀

  Extreme Loans is an excellent company. Shane Thompson reached out to me to to let me know that interest rates were very low and offered to look into refinancing my home loan for me at a much lower rate. And he did just that, my interest rate was 4.75, it is now 2.25! Wow, what a savings for me. Shane kept me informed almost daily on the status of my loan. He is very motivated and polite, if he didn't know an answer he found out immediately and let me know. I highly recommend Extreme Loans and Shane Thompson for all your mortgage needs.

  Extreme team did outstanding. Marsale and Sabrina performed everything they told me, were up front with all information, did all the work quickly and the closing was a breeze. I would recommend this group for any home loan you may have if your looking for honest, straight forward, no games or surprises people. I would/will use them again in the future for any mortgage needs I may have.

  I’m posting a review on behalf of my dad who doesn’t have a google account to review unfortunately, but he worked with Heather Heatherly and she was incredibly helpful with refinancing the house mortgage. She was there every step of the way, and helped us receive an incredible loan rate that was much lower than what we were paying for before, and what was being offered to us currently from the major banks. She was focused on us and treated us like people and not just some source of profit and made sure we understood everything going on. We would 100% recommend this bank and our loan officer Heather to anyone who was planning on signing up for a loan at this bank.
