  Very friendly staff. Plenty of room for parking and it’s easy to get back out to the main roads. Just watch the entrance, there’s a big speed bump!

  Pauline was so unprofessional and rude and I have never ever felt so spoken down to in my life as I am a long term customer with chase and work for this city!! She literally tried to argue me down about making a deposit when I knew what I was taking about! Once she came to her senses and realized I was right, there was never an apology of any sort! I will never return to this bank and there definitely needs to be training on customer service! Absolutely appalling, and thanks for ruining my attitude and spirits for today Pauline ! Great Job!!

  I have never felt so mistreated. The staff at this location is very rude and I am no longer interested in being a customer. I will be in touch with corporate about this matter. VERY DISTURBING & DISAPPOINTING!

  Robert D. is AMAZING! Since I started my acct he has been nothing but amazing. His knowledge about this whole process with banking has made me so comfortable and put my trust in Chase as a whole. If you’re looking for a great banker, it’s him!

  I’ve come here consistently for an extended period of time. The tellers are always nice, polite and professional. They are patient and friendly. The lines are sometimes a long wait.

  As nice as the branch looks I'm extremely disappointed. I came In on my hour lunch break to make a withdrawal from my account since i lost my debit card. It's the 1st of the month so there was a line. It took my whole lunch hour because there were only 2 tellers working. On the 1st!?

  Very bad customer service! Waited there for more than one & hour. Finally when my turn was up to open a new account, the bank lady (Cyntera) was all about “we are closing in half hour“ Not helpful at all!! She didn’t even get the work done, nor guided with anything. Just told us straight away to come next week! After waiting for hours, she didn’t even try to help me out for 2 minutes! Finally I drove to another branch in Farmington & got my work done in 15 minutes!

  They have been giving me the run around for over three months now. Was told I couldn’t print my card out at the Branch so they would mail it to me. Three months later, still haven’t received my business card. No one is answering my calls either.

  All the other Chase branch usually have one guy for reception, guide customer and take care of customers who just need some quick document. Here, no. Cashier said I can not get account summary there and I have to wait in line for the customer representative in those cubes. I did the same thing before at Ann Arbor, took 1 minute, helped by the receptionist. I did the same thing at Huntington woods, cashier helped me out. Not sure what is going on at this branch, looks so fancy and big, service is...
