  First Class all the way! We had a fantastic experience working with Real Estate Agent Bryan Nelson. Bryan helped us find the right home from out of the country during the pandemic! He didn't even mind we had no idea where we wanted to live in Central Florida. His first hand knowledge of Central Florida really helped us to narrow our search and know what to expect with each area. We were able to view the home we purchased via live video walk through. Negotiations with sellers for closing, inspection went smoothly all because of Bryan. We highly recommend Bryan Nelson!

  We reached out to Bryan Nelson with the Expert Advisors Group at the recommendation of a local painter when we started thinking about selling our home. We reached out approximately 2 months prior to actually putting our house on the market and Bryan was more than helpful advising us on how to prepare our home to be sold. Bryan and his team offer a very professional "no pressure" approach to helping you sell your home. They are so good at what they do that they don't need to pressure you on anything, and as a first time homeowner selling a home that was a very welcomed relationship! Every member of the Expert Advisors Group took their time guiding us through the process. There was always someone available with his team to take our phone calls, texts and emails. Our house was marketed so well that it sold to the 1st viewer for full price.   Look no further if you want a realtor to list your home or to find the right one for you in Central Florida. We had a fantastic experience with this group of professionals. Eddy is responsive, knowledgeable, and has built a great staff who are very service-oriented and empowered to get things done quickly. Even during the COVID-19 slowdown, they got us the right showings and we received 2 offers on the same day! Our sale was very complicated and nearly derailed a few times for various reasons. Expert Advisors just pivoted and took proactive steps to maintain the timeline. I'm sure there was more drama in the background, but they only got us involved when necessary. When we're ready to buy again, this is who we're going with again!

  Danielle D’Angelo was the most helpful and hardest working Realator I’ve ever dealt with. Did not matter if I was approved for $50G or a million $. She helped me from start to finish. She always answers her phone or will at least call you back very shortly.
