  Mary and her entire staff are absolutely one of the most professional, well-organized and cordial businesses I have ever dealt with. Buying a house can be extremely stressful, and The Mortgage Firm is absolutely without a doubt the right company with the right staff to make a stressful event very smooth. On my particular deal a lot of unexpected challenges popped up and Mary and her staff took these difficult situations head on, coming up with successful resolutions all the while reassuring us and calming our nerves.   I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Mary and the entire team at The Mortgage Firm made our home buying process simple; especially we were moving to Florida from another state. They were efficient right from the beginning; giving us a simplified list of all the documents required and gave us reminders as to the time they were needed. They answered any and all questions that I had and always followed up to make sure I understood everything every step of the way. Thanks again!

  The worst closing experience I have ever had. Our realtor has sold over 250 homes and he said it was the worst experience ever. I was told that they would talk about my file everyday. If that's the case, I shouldn't have been at the closing table calling them because underwriting made mistakes. Helen didn't handle the file professionally. I had to resend documents over and over and she requested that I send documents in one email so that she could stay organized. Completely unprofessional! She also couldn't get documentation from their own third party resource and called me to push them. I had the info she needed in less than 30 mins by calling their company. I shouldn't have had to do this work. Everything was blamed on their high workload. If you can't handle the workload don't take the new files. At the closing table there were still errors and documents missing that I had sent over a week prior. They are unorganized and unprofessional. On closing day Mary didn't answer our calls and didn't return calls from myself or my realtor. The title company said that they had several issues with the mortgage firm and I would not recommend them if you want a smooth closing and good experience.

She took the time to educate us, ease our concerns and worries, and celebrate with us each step of the way. Taylor was readily available and easy to reach with a phone call, email or text.   The process of buying a home by seeking a mortgage is, by design ,stressful,however, Mary and her team did her best to alleviate as much of that stress as possible,she calmly and professionally guided my wife and I through the purchase of our home!
