  I'M a FIRST time home owner.........I would say my closing experience was a WALK in the PARK. But after being in my home less then 45 day's. I had a roof leak. When my agent went to address my concerns with the seller's agent. She stated I purchased AS IS. I DIDN'T purchase AS IS because MY USDA loan doesn't allow AS IS HOMES. So ALL I have to SAY IS BE CAREFUL. If my Dad didn't have a Friend who was a ROOFER. I WOULD'VE BEEN ****.
