  Austin Gordon helped me with my first home renting experience and I could not be happier with the job he did. He was able explain the process to me in an easily understandable way and ease the stress that I had about various aspects of the process. He went out of his way to research houses that fit my needs and was able to find the perfect place, which I ended up moving into. He was also very professional and had a great personality. I enjoyed my experience with Austin and I know now that I can rely on him for any real estate help that I may need in the future.

  Jeff Gordon isn’t just a realtor; he is a PROBLEM SOLVER. My wife and I decided to downsize a few years ago. When other realtors were telling us to reduce our sell price (the easy way out at the time), Jeff just said “Let’s get this done”. Our house was unique and Jeff was able to find a buyer who wanted just that. In helping us to buy our retirement home, Jeff went the extra mile and beyond. He found us a short sale that was a perfect fit for us. Short sale transactions come with lots of pitfalls. I’ve never seen anyone navigate a process with such determination and tenacity. Even at the closing when the seller was about to back out over a few hundred dollars (which they previously committed to covering), Jeff convinced all of the affected parties (including himself) to contribute a small amount each to make the deal work. Just AMAZING. Jeff has also sold two houses for my son, both within a few days of listing and well above the asking price. Honestly, I wouldn’t even consider using any other realtor.

  Jeff Gordon can think outside the box. Back in early 2015 I listed my Groton house for sale with Jeff. It was a very different time, houses were not selling overnight, and because my house is very unusual having been built in 1782, we didn’t get a lot of interest in a sale. Despite numerous open houses, multiple listing services, and repeated showings, there was little real interest. Rather than sitting empty, Jeff suggested that I rent the house. I wanted a sale but Jeff convinced me that some cash flow was better then none. Not only did Jeff find a renter but one that would agree to a rent-to-buy arrangement that worked for both of us. Jeff helped negotiate the deal, drafted the required papers, and managed the process professionally, ensuring everything was legally binding. Jeff made lemonade from lemons and I am still enjoying the results.

  After renting for several years, and with rent continuously going up each year, I was a little leery on whether I could continue to keep up with rising rent costs. I inquired in a realtor. Fortunately I contacted Jeff Gordon from EXIT Assurance Realty. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the market. Jeff was very patient with me as I was confused in the whole process and what I could afford, or not afford. I would get daily updates from Jeff’s property search tools of what was on the market in my price range, or the area I wanted to live near. Jeff showed me several condos/houses, always at my convenience. After looking at several properties, Jeff found a condo that just went of the market and it was a gem. Perfect neighborhood and within my price range. Jeff helped me in every aspect of the process, including negotiating down the cost. Saving me even more money. I can’t say enough about Jeff and his company. I always recommend Jeff to anyone I know that is looking to make a move, whether it’s renting or buying.

  Amazing experience! Austin helped me find the place I needed quicker than I could have ever hoped for! Never thought of using a realtor for a rental but it was easier that me doing it on my own. I'm would highly recommend Austin Gordon and exit reality.

When we finally found the right house I really believe it was her careful guidance that resulted in our offer being accepted. It was our first offer.   My husband was given the opportunity to take a college coaching job in New Hampshire this coming season. We figured we were giving ourselves enough time to find a place to rent. We were very wrong. Most places had a waiting list until mid October. We found a place on Facebook Marketplace. We were instructed to reach out to Jeff. Jeff was extremely responsive and set up a time for us to meet and see the house the next day. He was understanding, professional and had us signing a lease the same day. We are so grateful for his help and giving us the opportunity to stay in a home in a beautiful area. He told us all about the area and places for my son to play and learn.
