  First and last stop when it comes to a local realtor. Mike and his team were impressive to say the least. They are a local company who was born and raised in the Southern NH and Northern MA area. They are completely honest, straightforward, hardworking, and dedicated to say the least. The team feels more like family then a business. I would urge anyone to contact the Blood Team for any and all home selling or buying needs.

  I noticed another home sold by them in my neighborhood in a short period of time, so did some research on their organization, business template, and track record. The first conference sewed up the choice for us. They invested heavily in marketing materials , guided us through the process, and kept us informed. It was a total team effort. This was not a plain vanilla property to market, so we were gratified to have such professional and honest help. Instead of hanging on the market for months, the sale was completed in three months, actually much less than that up to the point of sales agreement. I can't see how it could have gone any better.

  We recently purchased a new home in Pepperell with the Blood Team and we used their buyer's specialist Kelley Fernald. She was absolutely great to work with and we were always in the loop throughout our home buying process and I could not ask for more. I would absolutely recommend the Blood Team to anyone looking for a home. Also they really came through with their Client Appreciation Truck that we were able to use for FREE to help us move in!

  The Blood Team is a first-class operation. They made selling a house very easy. Everyone who is part of the team is an expert at what they do, and they communicated regularly. No question or detail was too small. I can not recommend Mike, Sandra and the whole team highly enough.

  We did a lot of research on local realtors before selecting the Blood Team to help us sell our home in Pepperell. We lived in our home over 30 years and had no previous dealings with realtors, so we wanted representation that would be attentive to our wishes and help us through the sales process. We met with Mike Blood several months before we put our home up for sale. He gave us a thorough overview of the process, explained their marketing strategies, provided an appraisal and offered some tips to consider as minor enhancements to increase value of the home. We were concerned that a winter sales market would be a tough sell. We met with Mike again a month before we put the house up for sale, and again, he provided a detailed process review to be sure that we were comfortable before moving forward. We were also delighted that they let us use their moving truck free of charge for 3 days---what a wonderful side benefit of doing business with them! The team put out a media blitz when we put the house on the market early in January. We doubted that anyone would be looking at homes right after the holidays. It was listed for 4 days and then Mike held an open house. It snowed the day before the Open House and traveling was not good, so we expected low turnout. However, due to the superior marketing approach, 17 interested buyers attended! The next day, we received two offers above our asking price! Mike coordinated negotiations, keeping us informed at all times and guided us through the rest of the process with the buyers Purchase and Sales Agreement and the home inspection—everything went so smoothly. Then, Sandy Blood stepped up to perform her magic with calm proficiency, managing all of the coordination with the buyer and attorneys. She was in contact with us during every step of this process; sometimes daily. Every conversation with each person on the Blood Team ended with them asking us if we had any other questions or concerns. It was clear that they cared that we understood everything. This really made an impact on me and told me how important customer service is to them. We cannot think of any way they could have made this process any easier for us. This is a superior group of dedicated, professional, community-minded and just plain darn good people. We would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

  Adam was such a pleasure to work with. Understanding that we were living 500 miles away and would be purchasing a home from a distance, he went above and beyond from day 1 with face-timing us so we could "walk-through" the home and not miss out on negotiations for our new home. Adam also helped to find a home inspector on one days notice on a long weekend!!! That's not all, Adam was extremely helpful in meeting a gas company for us while we were out of town and unable to make it for the estimate appointment. We would absolutely recommend Adam to anyone and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

That is exactly what we received with Adam! He was all over getting us to the showings we were interested in.
