  I am big fan of online banking (and online everything) - but also recognized that a local bank is nice to have for when you need a bank check, notary or some other service. What I never thought about, or realized, is how nice and useful it is to know someone within the bank who can help you do all kinds of things. This is exactly what Michelle and Main Street Bank offer: people who will help you. They are super friendly and caring and get to know you - and more importantly how they can help you with your banking needs more quickly and easily. Highly recommend!

  A truly exceptional bank with great customer service. Unlike large banks, they care about their customers and are accessible. As a small business owner they helped directly with PPP and they are great to work with.

  January 20, 2021, I received a phone call from Michelle @8:30am informing me there was activity on my debit card with Main Street. She was very professional and polite, as she explained the process. I greatly appreciate her proactive approach and professional manner. Main Street Bank is lucky to have such a fine employee. Thank you very much to Michelle Onsager. Michelle is my hero of the day!!!!!

  I currently work with some of the top banks in New York City, and must write that Main Street Bank is far superior in their customer service and quick ability to help me in need during this hurrendous health crisis and financial disaster. I plan to continue doing much more business with this bank. Excellent team of professionals and speed in their delivery to respond to requests. Highly recommend.

  Highly recommend using this facility for your banking needs. I have business accounts as well as personal accounts. The level of service provided by the tellers at this branch is AMAZING ! A nice group of folks working with the members to satisfy all of our banking needs. Have had the pleasure of getting to know Cathy S., Sharon S., Kristin J., Mark P. as well as several other staff members. A great group of folks to represent Main St. Bank !

  I needed documents notarized for several people. Michelle Hills in the Ayer branch is very accommodating.
