  Wow! Executive Closer Michelle made both of our closings (buying and selling) such a breeze! She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. After seeing a messy closing process with our buyer's title company, I was even more appreciative of Executive Title's professionalism. They kept us informed during every step of the process and always delivered on their deadlines.

  Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They represented us as the sellers. Very much appreciated how they tried to help the buyer's title company. The buyer's title company executed things poorly. Exec Title could improve upon the client experience by providing better training how to use the online tools for virtual closings. Those virtual tools were not intuitive.
