  Been sending my guns here for pick up for the past year and haven't had any issue, I have had him forget to give me a call though when the gun arrives, but other than that, it's a pretty good place to look for some off the wall products or get your guns delivered to.

  The owner has always been very helpful. I've purchased several guns and pawned some things. He is honest and educated my husband and me on different calibers and makes of fire arms. He has helped me buy a gun I really love.

  Have gone by every day for a week, hasn't been open. Trying to get my tools out. Doesn't answer the phone and is hardly there. How are you suppose to get your things out or roll over until pay day if the owner is NEVER there?

  I purchased a gun online and used Excelsior Pawn & Gun for the transfer. The transfer fee for them was supposed to be $25. When I got there, he went on a rant about how online gun sellers were hurting the "little guys" businesses and there's no way he could of sold me a gun at the same price I got it for online. According to him, the price I got it for at Bud's Gun Shop was just "ridiculous". He charged me $50 for the transfer fee and flat out told me it was because of the ridiculously low price I got the gun for. The owner gets pretty salty towards you not buying guns from him. As for the transfer itself, I was only in the store for about 10 minutes so I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1.

  Have transferred several firearms with the owner James. Super laid back dude who trys to help people where he can. Fair prices and they do there best to have what you need in stock. I visit this store about once a week.

  Go somewhere else if you want to sell your tools, gun parts, reloading equipment and anything else that isn't a gun. I asked him if he wanted to at least see the tools in my truck but he was completely disinterested in pretty much everything.

  I passed my electric guitar and they gave me a great deal on it. I couldn't ask for any better service. Thanks guys. The only thing I wish is that you guys would have steady hours.

  It's shows he's open but I live in Richmond and get there and he's closed...not very good in my book

  The guy is very rude coffee has his nose in the computer instead of the customer he only wants what he wants never willing to help out others if you do have something he wants he tries getting it from you dirt cheap than charges arms and legs for the item when he sales it never opens on time there r even days that say open bit stays close my advice to you guys go somewhere else let the shithoe close down

  I'm in need of a little emergency cash for baby formula and their website says their open 11-7 here it is 1:30 and no one is there so maybe hire another employee or fix the hours or something
