Michelle Woodring2I'm not actually upset with the bank itself but for someone who's lived in Lawson the entire life and family moved here in 1952 it was really upsetting for one of our hometown Staples to change the Lawson Bank has been such a historical part of our town. Lawson is home to Ray County's oldest bank, Lawson Bank, founded in 1883. It also had never been robbed. It's just sad to see it go.

Mark Austin1I was happy when it was Lawson bank, before the take over. After Bank Liberty took over, fees got crazy. Overdraft protection became a thing of the past. A fee is charged for every little thing. They are all about taking as much of your money as they can get in "fees". The new policies that Bank liberty brought with them, are not customer oriented, it is all about the bank making bucks off of the customers. People are closing their accounts in droves. I am one of them. Time to find a different bank.

dave wagner1I had an account with thousands of dollars in it. When I went to make a deposit I was refused any information regarding the account. I was told that someone had produced "documents" claiming that they had all rights to my account & all my money was turned over to this person. I lost my entire account & Lawson Bank is refusing to give it back to me. I LOST ALL MY MONEY. DO NOT BANK HERE. THEY ARE CROOKS!

Lisa Martinez1This bank has the worst customer service and policy. Left a phone message for the supervisor Megan and never received a call back. Meanwhile the branch magner informed me that she would be making an unauthorized alteration a signature card.

luke bemis1Bank Liberty isn't the best bank. I have problems logging in to check my online banking constantly. So I can't even check my account. It takes an extra day just for my direct deposit to hit my account and poor customer service.
