  I love Central Bank. They are so helpful and friendly. Especially Debbie who brightens my day each time I go in. Even though this is a bigger bank with many locations Debbie makes it feel like small home town banking which I love.

  Awesome bank. Love Stephanie and Debbie. I can always call on them for anything. All the employees at the Lawson branch are wonderful. We are fortunate to have a larger bank with a small town feel.

  Great bank with multiple different account options to fit your banking needs. I absolutely love Debbie at the Lawson Location. She is the BEST!!!!

  Any customers of Central Bank of the Midwest that used to rely on Platte Valley Bank before the merger of the two. Be careful with your account information as they do not take calls on their Fraud department on Saturday and Sundays. Central Bank will pay the Fraudulent charges and charge you an overdraft before they start to look into the fraudulent charges. Once they determine the charges were not authorized by you, they will take an additional 4 days before they return the overdraft charges that were taken because they paid charges that were reported as fraud. The good reviews that I see here are from when the bank was still Platte Valley Bank. I believe Google should change the ratings of the location because of the bank company changing as much as it has. Platte Valley had long wait times and some issues with their internet banking and apps, but they more than made up for it with their customer service and willingness to attempt to fix any problems that were caused by their online systems.

  Loved Platte Valley , honestly can't stand this bank and am extremely disappointed with how things have changed from platte valley . These big bank policies and them taking away the personal touch is the death of good banking!!!

  Their internet banking is the worst I have ever experienced. They charged me for automatic bill pay 3 times and I don't use it. When I call them about it, they do reimburse me, but then I have to reset my password. I am currently looking for a better bank for accurate internet banking.

  I've been banking with Platte Valley Bank for a long time and the people there are great. I always get great service. I plan on banking with them for the rest of my life.

  Platte Valley was a great experience for me. I was with them over 15 years. I do feel sold out now though. I'm angry they sold out
