  I have had a long standing issue with Academy Bank. Atm is often out of order or is not worth using. When I had a huge oversight on their part, no one would answer their phones. I feel there are more options out there.

  I went into the Kearney location to update some information. The very helpful, knowledgeable, person was a pleasure to interact with. Kaylani, was very professionally friendly and helpful. Thank you Kaylani, your positive attitude and knowledge was very much appreciated.

  The customer service is awful. I closed my account today. While in the process of closing my account I was lied to and argued with. I was a member of KCB for 15 years before Academy took over. I do not recommend banking with Academy.

  I was really pleased with the service we received today. Jody and Pam were very helpful. Employees at this branch and the Kearney Drive Up are always nice and easy to work with.

  We had an issue with my daughter's account being frozen due to possible fraud. Pam Novak went above and beyond to get this issue resolved for us. Pam made multiple inquiries with the fraud department and followed up with us multiple times over the course of about a week to get the problem figured out and fixed. Thank you Pam Novak for being such a great asset to Academy! We truly appreciate all of your hard work in resolving a huge problem for our family!

  Way better service prior to the merger. No local phone customer service. When it was KCB employees knew people who banked there, always super to answer questions or help in anyway. Just sad we’ve gone to a big box bank.
