  I waited a little over a month after closing on a refinance with Envoy to see how everything played out with closing, first payment, follow-up, etc. I am extremely disappointed in this company, from the beginning the loan originator threw a lot of numbers at us (it kind of felt like bait and switch but not quite), made assumptions without confirming with us, and had to be prompted multiple times for responses to our questions. Once we reminded (they forgot to contact us when they said they would) the originator that we'd like to lock-in while rates were lower, the paperwork was quite smooth. The abstract that conducted the closing was great, though that is not really to credit Envoy as much as the title company. I then received an email from Envoy notifying us (sent at 6pm) that servicing of our loan had been transferred (effective in12 business days [18 total days]) to a company whose reviews are abysmal (1.8 rating out of 888 reviews). Would never do business with this company again or recommend to anyone.
