FNBO - First National Bank of Omaha Reviews

Michael Kreisberg1FNBO Management took no responsibility for errors totaling $1000.00 Instead puts the blame on computer software. I have had 3 accounts open for 12 years of business and personal banking, Bank Management was quick to let me know that . "this would happen at any bank & that there is not much we can to do to protect my money " . I will update this post as this issues unfolds .
Response from the ownerMichael, we're sorry to hear about any inconvenience you may have experienced. Customer service is very important to us and we appreciate you taking time to voice your concerns. We will make sure to pass this feedback on.

Ryan M1They won't send me a bank card and I asked for my account to be closed last week and they still haven't done it. I also got over $1,000 in fees due to being unable to use my business card and manage my money correctly. I put in a complaint with the BBB and they never replied. Unacceptable.

Kyle Traff2I really enjoyed my first visit into the branch, and seems like a reputable bank in Fort Collins, but my online banking/customer support experience was pretty bad. I spent about two months trying to setup online banking. Customer service set me up with three different accounts, none of which ever actually gave me access to online banking. They also lost the paperwork I sent them in the mail.

Martin G. Gardner1Fraud prevention and recovery methods are extremely risky. If someone gets ahold of your information and steals money from your account while you're banking with first national bank: be prepared to never see it again.
