  When my husband and I were looking to purchase a house a year and a half ago, our realtor suggested contacting Rick Rozman to help us with our mortgage. I am so glad we did. Rick is extremely knowledgeable about what is going on in the market and what the best options are for you to obtain a loan with the lowest interest rate possible. He made the process so easy. Everything was done over the phone or on the Internet. Any time I had a question, Rick responded right away. A few months ago Rick contacted me to tell me that I should refinance, so I did. I no longer pay PMI and was able to get a lower interest rate with low closing costs. I have and would recommend Rick Rozman to anyone I know that is interested in purchasing or refinancing a home.
