  I won't go to another bank ever again! All the staff at LMCU White Lake are seriously the best I've ever dealt with. Super easy to apply for loans, I was able to get a loan on my truck in a matter of minutes, and within 1 hour I was driving off the lot in my truck. Because they're so great, they have my boat loan and mortgage as well. Absolutely will stay a customer for life.

  Not your typical Credit Union. The staff in the White Lake lmcu are by far Superior over any other company of bank or credit union I have done business with. You all are professional polite and positive every time I stop on in. I hope you all have a great day 👌✌️

  Lake Michigan Credit Union (white lake branch) is beyond amazing. All the staff there are super helpful and will do anything they can to help out. They stayed an extra hour on a Saturday just to finish up my loan before a two week business trip. Seriously great, helpful and friendly. Go check them out for any banking needs.

  Lake Michigan employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, and very efficient! Great banking app as well! Great interest rates on the Max Savings account. I had a good experience getting my mortgage with them as well.

  Jennifer Warneck and Lake Michigan Credit Union in White Lake have improved our life significantly! Jen has been able to help us with refinancing, auto and equity loans. The rates given at the credit union are so much better than what a bank can do. The credit union puts people above profit! I highly recommend Lake Michigan Credit Union and friendly, efficient Jennifer Warneck!

  Friendly, very helpful, and a positive atmosphere. Jennifer at White Lake location is awesome!!!!! She goes above and beyond in helping me in all my transactions. Also she got me an awesome rate on my auto loan. Keep up the good work .

  We were very pleased with Lake Michigan credit union. Our mortgage loan originator was Chase Suidan. he did an amazing job and he went above and beyond to make sure you our mortgage process went well .

  Happy everytime I call, come in or go through the drive though. They are always helpful and prompt and getting my transactions completed. They always address me by my name. The manager is always available when he is in the building. Jen is always happy and presents herself well. Happy to be apart of the White Lake branch.

  Extremely disappointing service. I scheduled an appointment here. Upon arrival, was told that there would be a 30 minute wait. I told Scott, who scheduled my appointment, that I would go to my car for 20 minutes and return. When my 20 minute timer went off, I exited my car and noticed that Scott was leaving in his vehicle. The doors of the building were locked. I waited for a few minutes - first at the door, then in my car. If this is how business with this credit union begins, I do not want to attempt to be one of their customers. I will not be returning.
