  Good credit Union but every time I want to get ahold of them you can’t. I called every branch in my area 3 times. To just get their voicemail and not get a return phone call for over a week now. Try again today for same results. It’s getting to the point that I am going to pull my money out of there and see about going somewhere else for the simple reason of I cannot get into contact with them when I need to.

  I moved here 5 years ago and my friend told me about Genisys Credit Union. It took me a while to switch but I am happy I did. Not only do they provide great services but they go above and beyond! I have been redoing my Will and needed a notary. Stacy Perdue was immensely helpful. She was kind, professional and patient. She really made the process easy. So great to find an institution that cares about wonderful customer service!

  Stacy who helped me with my financial needs yesterday at this location was BEYOND FANTASTIC!!!! She made my entire experience very easy and enjoyable. She took the time to answer any and all questions that I asked her with kindness and patience, even if I asked her the same question twice! I would give her and this particular Genisys location 10 stars if I could!! Thank you again Stacy and to ALL OF THE STAFF for ALWAYS making me feel special when I walk in the door, no matter what my needs!!! Cynthia Hutchins

  We hold all of our business accounts and personal accounts with Genisys because the service is awesome, online tools are easy to use and the people at the branches and home office are wonderful to work with. This credit union works FOR their members and truly is there to help when you need it. Highly recommend!

  Genisys Credit union has by far THE WORST mobile deposit system of any bank out there. It’s slow, takes about 3 business days to make it into your account, and most of the time BARELY WORKS. I can’t even use their system to cash my checks because it keeps saying “check has torn edges, please take another photo.” needless to say my check does in fact not have torn edges.

  Fraudulent charges on the account. Notification sent to me asking if charges were fraudulent. Responded, yes, fraudulent. Genisys proceeded to process ALL fraudulent charges. Why send an email if you’re going to process all the charges? Not being reimbursed. Their slogan, Where YOU come first, is a fraudulent as the charges on the account.

  I am so happy that Genisys Credit Union is in my neighborhood. I have always believed in and belonged to a Credit Union. And Genisys is the best, all of their employees are so helpful and very happy to help you. I have never felt that I was bothering anyone, they know and practice Member Service.

  Went in to put some cash in my checking so I could use it on my Debit card and they didn’t even put it on there! Tried buying something with my debit card and got Declined! Luckily I had a little petty cash on me. Then I tried calling and got a Machine! These are the people in charge of your $! Pretty scary and sickening

  They always answer phone calls they always are very helpful and nice. The convenience with my out-of-state credit union was wonderful
