  I recently purchased my first home and chose Evo Mortgage to go through the financing portion with. In the past, when I had tried to start the home buying process I had never truly felt confident. Todd and everyone I worked with on his team are amazing and made the process such a breeze! From the very first email and call, I knew what to expect and what I needed to get things done. The team has great communication throughout the process from day 1 to closing day. Todd is such a personable, caring guy and makes this process as easy as possible on you.   What an excellent team of mortgage professionals! It was my husband’s and my first experience buying a house and Todd was so informative, always going the extra mile to help me understand and be comfortable every step of the way. Logan and Mary Lea were so on top of everything with the logistics, making sure I understood what to do and the easiest way to get it done. I’ll recommended Evo to anyone that needs a mortgage and so will my husband Drew Gard whose real estate business is taking off with First Saturday Real Estate. I was always told that buying a house was a very stressful experience but it wasn’t for me one iota thanks to Evo and First Saturday! Love you all!

  Todd, Logan, and the Evo staff were awesome! Being a first time home buyer who had some particular challenges to overcome in order to get financing kept me pretty skeptical that I would ever make it to closing. But close we did! And it wouldn't have happened without all of the Evo crew. So much gratitude is due to them! They kept me informed with weekly updates. They were prompt with processing my documentation. And it shouldn't be overlooked, they got me a fantastic interest rate! I certainly recommend them.
