  Always a pleasure to be in line when Jamesha has completed her last transaction and looks up smiling saying “I can help you over here now.” From that day in July of 2019, (when she assisted my wife & myself with our joint account), until now post pandemic April 2022 she remains a beacon of light with the manners & professionalism that are an asset to our experience with Transcend. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share our gratitude for your decision to hire and keep her @ Floyd st branch. We’ll keep returning and hopefully she will be continuing to be the excellent example of positive energy she has been from day one. Peace.

  Transcend is without a doubt the best banking experience that I have ever experienced. Their customer service is second to none. And Mrs. Sarah Smith is a God-send, she not only helps her customers, but she does that with their futures and best interest at heart, a very lost commodity in today's world!!

  My experience has always been extraordinary. Jamesha is awesome. When I'm having a bad day, the ladies down here always make me feel better. Savannah and Sara are always helpful. I love my credit union!

  I was in transcend credit union today the manager Sara was very very good .I am sold on transcend I've been with transcend since 1996 and today's service has just solidified my thoughts that if transcend was ever to run for government office they would have my vote .they have always been there for me.
