  We recently worked with Robert Walker and E.P. Scherer to move our business. We had a strong preference to locate in the East Submarket of Louisville and needed office and warehouse space. We learned through Robert and E.P. the East Submarket is a “tight submarket” with minimal vacant. Robert and E.P. were able to find some very good options, including some off-market options.
