  We worked with Angie for the purchase of our first home. She walked us through all our options and the entire process. She never tired of answering our thousands of questions or rewriting our preapproval letter everytime we needed it for a new offer, even with less then a days turn around time.   Chrissy Andreas is the best loan officer I’ve ever worked with. She was professional and a great communicator. She explained each step in the process and the timeline I could expect. I couldn’t believe how quick and easy it was!!! I highly recommend Chrissy at Evergreen in Yakima!!!

  I had the worst experience with our loan officer. She literally didn’t even bother to contact us to let us know the preview to our closing documents were ready for us to view. She never contacted the title company or bothered to help get in touch with them so the closing paperwork could be signed. We thankfully have our house and are officially homeowners but the customer service, lack of details, and continuous overlook of requested documents makes me regret ever going through this homeowner process with them. I highly recommend Directors Mortgage instead.

  I contacted this company during the process of shopping for a home loan. The initial response to my email was quick and I was given a few numbers, however my questions about the loan and the loan process were slowly given. It was clear the loan officer was annoyed with me and then finally said that she 'couldn't help me.' I was surprised and angry by this as she'd been recommended by my realtor and is listed as the branch manager. I wouldn't recommend using this company.

  Linda Orizco was amazing! They were very competitive with other local interest rates & beat the lowest I could find. I would highly recommend them!
