  I deposited a check, I asked them if there would be a hold, and they said there wouldn't be. After I got home, they sent an email that they were going to hold my money for 9 days. I've made several calls and no one can help me, and the banking center won't even answer the phone. I've been with this bank for years, but I will be changing banks as soon as I get my money. Seriously, the worst customer service I've ever had. Awful people that don't care about you.

  This bank is so horrible now, website says open. but there closed to enter lobby because of bank shortage. Really thinking of going to different bank for business. besides there closing all branches in Yakima in June. will have to go Tri cities if you want any service

  Gave appointment to close safety box due to bank closure. Go to the bank they are closed without any recourse to access my box. No option now but to consult legal

  I hate the summitview bank banking hours they can't make up there minds of what days to open. I keep coming by for nothing. In the web site says there open and then I get there and there closed. It's frustrating .

  Both locations are the worst Iv been to. Long waits all the time. Change management no one wants to run these branches correctly.

  I am NOT a BofA customer. I called the 40th branch in dire need of assistance and was immediately transferred to the Branch Manager. She helped and was sympathetic to my situation . I am going to go and open an account ASAP.

  This place is ridiculous. I have had nothing but issues with them and would give them 0 stars if I could. I was told multiple times by frontline staff that I had paid off my credit card, and that the account was closed only to find out 3 months later that it was never closed and the payoff amount THEY gave was incorrect. Now I have a delinquency fine for 3 months and my credit for dinged for their incompetency. Do NOT go here if you need a loyal banking experience.

  What is going on with the banks in Yakima? Union Gap is horrible, now this bank. This place had one person working, huge line, and took for forever to deposit for a business account. I closed my account with this bank and I am asking the business I work for to close their account as well. This is ridiculous!

  I just don't understand this thought process! How can a bank as big a B of A think having one teller open, on a Saturday at almost 12 noon..is a good idea? This is a bunch of ridiculousness!!
