  Fast & efficient. This places gets a 5 star rating from me. Loved April Brown, she was amazing and got the nearly impossible done for me and my husband! Not to mention the reception staff was on top of it when April needed to be away or was in a meeting! Great work!

  We got our home loan from Evergreen and everything was great until they sold our loan to Loancare in Florida. Apparently in the volumes of paperwork there is a box somewhere we needed to check if we didn't want this to happen. Oops! So now we have been trying to do a partial sale of some property we don't use and want to sell and we can't because Loancare won't call us back, take our calls or answer our emails or letters. We wanted someone with a local office in case we had a problem and we got this horrible company in Florida instead. Be sure to ask about any boxes you may or may not need to check or this could happen to you. GOOD LUCK!!
