  Clay at Caliber home loans was amazing to work with as first time home buyers. We knew absolutely nothing about the process and Clay took the time to explain everything to us in detail and helped from beginning to end in the process running smoothly. Clay was always easy to get a hold of and always responsive to my questions. The only stressful part of our entire home buying process was house hunting because of the market but the loan process was no stress at all thanks to Clay. We would highly recommend Clay and if we ever purchase another home we will be back! Thank you Clay!

  Clay Schoengarth was fantastic to work with!! He provided weekly updates both via email and phone call all the way up until closing and was always prompt in answering any questions you had. He provided all the options to determine what would work best for me, was very professional and easy to work with. I had no issues and never felt worried. This is my first home purchase and he made the process easy I never felt worried. HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to Clay!! If you are buying a home or refinancing, Caliber Home Loans is the place to go!

  Tom Ahlberg is truly the best around. He is such a pleasure to work with and made the entire home financing and buying process so seamless. He is always available to his clients and uses his expertise to make sure they're getting the best deals and rates.
