  I cannot emphasize how happy I was in was choosing Evergreen when purchasing my first home. Kendra has been the best in assisting me when I had any question. She walked my husband and I through the whole process. Even after two months after closing my loan, I call her for questions and she always gets back to me and shows how much she cares.   Efficiency is not their strong suit. Had an employee getting their home loan through evergreen. Had to fill out the exact same paper multiple times and then they kept calling over and over to verify emolument. They never informed me of the process just kept harassing me about employment verification. It’s not the first time an employee has gotten a new home but never have I had to deal with such disorganized lenders.
