  Dave is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He has been kind and patient throughout the loan process. He has never pressured me or made promises he couldn't keep. He's also extremely reliable. I could go on, but I don't want him to get a swelled head.

  At the time we decided to buy a house, we were working with an agent, whom we were very disappointed with. His customer service was horrible and his lack of communication was even worse. A few weeks into our transaction, someone referred us to David Evans. What a welcomed relief!! His customer service and attentiveness was fantastic!! David was not only very, very knowledgeable, but he tried hard to get our transaction done in the least time possible. He took the time to explain the process to us in a really easy and understandable way. He was always happy to communicate with us on a daily basis. We didn’t ever need to chase him because he kept in touch with us all the time to give us updates as they happened. You can see that he cares and takes good care of his clients. We are really pleased that we worked with him, and we highly recommend him to everyone, anytime !!!
